SCOPE OF THE CONFERENCE and TECHNICAL TOPICS

Scientific contributions to the theory and practice of measurement methods are welcome where they facilitate new improved fluid mechanic investigations including those on cutting edge fields of microfluidics and biofluidics in the very diverse backgrounds of biology, chemistry, physics and engineering, as well as their use to develop physical models, validate numerical predictions and to characterize practical engineering applications.

The scientific committee also encourages authors to present new advanced imaging techniques and processing methods which provide new insights into the complex thermo-fluid-dynamic phenomena, even though not based on lasers light sources, such as ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging.
